These Terms of Use govern your use of vinviadigital.com and start.vinviadigital.com and any page, form or chat on it (the "Site"), operated by Vinvia Digital, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Vinvia," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is for
The Site describes Vinvia's services, lets you book a discovery call, and lets you contact us. Buying services requires a signed Master Services Agreement and Order Form. Nothing on the Site is an offer that becomes a contract by itself.
2. Information on the Site
We try to keep the Site accurate, but prices, features and descriptions can change and may contain errors. The Site's content is general information, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Any results described are examples, not guarantees.
3. Chat and AI assistants on the Site
The Site may include an AI assistant. It will tell you it is an AI. Its answers are general information and may contain mistakes. Ask for a person at any time.
4. Your use of the Site
You agree not to: break the law; send false information; try to access systems or data you are not allowed to; interfere with the Site's operation; scrape, copy or resell Site content; upload malware; or use the Site to send spam.
5. Contacting you
If you submit a form or book a call, you agree that we may contact you about your request by email, phone or text at the details you give. Where you opt in to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos and the name Vinvia are owned by Vinvia or its licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not use our name or logo without written permission.

8. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, VINVIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, VINVIA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Douglas County, Colorado.
